Vietnam International Motor Show 2017 officially opened

On October 25, the 3rd Vietnam International Motor Show (VIMS) officially opened at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center, 799 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

This year's exhibition features 13 brands including Audi, DFM, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, SsangYong, Subaru, Volkswagen, Volvo, Harley-Davidson, Triumph, RoyalEnfield and Tam Son Yachting with more than 100 imported cars, motorbikes and yacht products from Tam Son.

 

 

The exhibition attracted a large number of visitors.

At the exhibition, many new car models of the brands were introduced to Vietnamese customers such as: Land Rover Velar and Evoque Convertible, Audi Q3, Volkswagen Passat BlueMotion 2017, Volkswagen Beetle Dune 2017, The New Volvo XC60, Subaru XV 2.0is, SsangYong G4 Rexton, Flyer 7.7 yacht...

According to the organizers, the exhibition also has a special space to display famous car models of the last century such as: Mini Cooper 1967, Audi 1949, Karmannn Ghia cabriolet 1967, Citroen traction 1942, Citroen DS 1967....

 

 

The latest car models were launched at the exhibition.

In its second time attending VIMS, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam (MBV) displayed 18 different car models and offered extremely attractive incentives. Notably, this was also the first time the “Three-pointed Star” brought to the event the image of “Ao Dai”, which was inspired by the company’s four strategic product groups: Luxury, SUV, Compact and Dream Cars.

Not only having the opportunity to explore high-end car models, visitors can also enjoy unique performances in the outdoor display area such as the stunt car performance from Subaru and experience the real-life highlight models such as the car experience program "The Art of Performance" from Jaquar and Land Rover, along with other interesting interactive activities that will take place continuously throughout the exhibition.

VIMS 2017 will be open to the public from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on October 25, 2017, and from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from October 26-29, 2017./.
