Spanning over 10,000 square meters, VIMS 2017 features renowned car brands that have appeared at previous VIMS events, such as Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Subaru, and Volkswagen. It also showcases many imported car and motorcycle brands making their debut, including DFM, SsangYong, Volvo, Harley-Davidson, Triumph, and Royal Enfield. The exhibition will also dedicate a separate space to displaying unique classic cars; luxurious yachts from Tam Son Yachting; and a range of high-end automotive accessories and services, including GMG – Dcar and Minh Giang car customization; Hoan Xa – Cartar Lifts garage equipment; Motul, Anglomoil, and Rheinol lubricants; SunTek and Wincos window films; Brila, Nhan Hoa, and H2 Decal paints and coatings; and Lotus, Michelin, Philip, and Osram accessories. Polaroid cameras, Vietmap, along with insurance companies and banks such as SeABank, Citibank, VietinBank, etc., offer a diverse range of brands and display types, along with exciting activities at the booths. This promises to make VIMS 2017 not only a gathering place for the latest car models, modern technologies, and captivating performances, but also a colorful world of unforgettable experiences.
Although there are still two months before the opening, the Vietnam International Motor Show 2017 has already attracted the attention of car enthusiasts nationwide. The official VIMS fanpage was relaunched at the beginning of September 2017 with the latest updates and interactive activities to meet the public's anticipation for the exhibition. Key activities such as sharing teaser videos to spread the event's appeal, changing profile pictures to unique VIMS frames to join in the vibrant atmosphere before the opening, posting pictures showcasing passion for favorite car brands, and interactive activities with the automotive community are all creating excitement for the exhibition from now until the end of October 2017. With many rich and exciting activities, over 1000 free tickets to the exhibition will be given away to winners. The Organizing Committee hopes to create the best possible conditions for car enthusiasts nationwide to gather at the most anticipated automotive and motorcycle event of the year in Vietnam.
VIMS 2017 will open at 1:00 PM on October 25, 2017, to welcome representatives from the government, ministries, departments, and media agencies. Public access will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on October 25, 2017, and from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on October 26-29, 2017. The Organizing Committee expects to welcome over 125,000 visitors over the five days of the event.
