Green environment
In 2024, TTC Hospitality proactively implemented a systematized environmental activities across all its business units. The monthly Green Day campaign became the foundation for a series of activities such as tree planting, beach and riverbank cleanup, and workplace sanitation. These activities not only helped protect and beautify the landscape but also created a green and healthy living environment for guests and employees. Notably, in the second quarter of 2024 alone, TTC Hospitality contributed to planting nearly 100,000 new trees, a significant milestone in the development of green spaces.

Valley of Love has planted over 2,000 cherry blossom trees and 2,000 three-needle pine trees, bringing the total number of trees in the tourist area to over 300,000. This is not only a significant step forward in environmental protection but also contributes to the ecological landscape of Da Lat city, aligning with the local goal of planting 3.8 million trees in the 2021-2025 period.

Specifically, TTC Hospitality encourages business units with sufficient space to install solar panel systems, and this will be mandatory in the future. As committed, by 2025, 70% of TTC Hospitality's business units will have installed solar panels.

In addition, the water system is designed with adequate pressure and water-saving devices, the hot water system uses solar energy, and the treated water is reused for watering plants and beautifying the landscape. According to plan, TTC Van Phong Bay Resort will be the first unit of TTC Hospitality to achieve EDGE certification – a green building certification system.
Besides its open-space design and green building model, TTC Van Phong Bay Resort also enhances green areas, providing a refreshing resort environment for guests.
One of the key objectives in TTC Hospitality's green strategy is to minimize and eventually eliminate plastic waste. Since 2018, packaged amenities at TTC Hospitality's hotels and restaurants have been switched from plastic to more environmentally friendly materials such as kraft paper. From 2019, the business units have actively replaced plastic straws and food and beverage containers with eco-friendly alternatives.

According to the plan, by 2025, 50% of TTC's business units will completely eliminate single-use plastic products, and this figure will reach 100% by 2030.
