With continuous efforts to improve service quality and constant investment and renovation of facilities, on July 31, 2024, TTC Van Phong Bay Resort officially held a ceremony to announce the decision recognizing the hotel as a 5-star standard by the Vietnam National Tourism Administration.
After reviewing criteria such as scale, facilities, amenities, and service quality, the Vietnam National Tourism Administration officially awarded TTC Van Phong Bay Resort a 5-star rating on May 15, 2024. This makes TTC Van Phong Bay Resort the fourth 5-star accommodation of TTC Hospitality, joining TTC Hotel - Michelia (Nha Trang), TTC Hotel - Can Tho (Can Tho), and TTC Imperial Hotel (Hue). The resort is currently in phase 2 of its development and continuously maintaining and reviewing its facilities and improving service quality to provide the best possible experience for guests.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thanh - Director of Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism, presented flowers and the 5-star rating certificate to TTC Van Phong Bay Resort.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thanh, Director of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Tourism, highly appreciated the efforts of the TTC Group's leadership and TTC Hospitality in investing in upgrading facilities and service equipment; and paying attention to training tourism human resources to build a team of skilled employees with professional service quality, meeting the increasingly high demands of tourists.
