With efforts to improve service quality, constantly invest and renovate facilities, on July 31, 2024, TTC Van Phong Bay Resort officially held a ceremony to announce the decision to recognize the hotel as a 5-star standard from the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
After reviewing the criteria of scale, facilities, amenities, service quality... Vietnam National Administration of Tourism officially awarded the decision to recognize TTC Van Phong Bay Resort as a 5-star resort on May 15, 2024. Thus, TTC Van Phong Bay Resort is the 4th accommodation of TTC Hospitality to achieve 5-star standard, along with the hotels: TTC Hotel - Michelia (Nha Trang), TTC Hotel - Can Tho (Can Tho) and TTC Imperial Hotel (Hue). Currently, the resort is implementing phase 2 and continuously maintaining, reviewing facilities, and improving service quality to bring the best experiences to visitors.
