As the home of Oktoberfest Vietnam for many years, the Windsor Plaza Hotel has hosted the event since 2005. Oktoberfest Vietnam was once recognized by Reuters as one of the Top 10 Oktoberfest festivals in the world outside of Germany, and was also featured in the prestigious Chicago Tribune.
The event will recreate the vibrant atmosphere of the spacious halls of the original Oktoberfest beer festival, with a buffet featuring many signature German dishes such as sausages, breaded and fried meat, roasted ham, sourdough, bagels, sauerkraut, and many other delicious treats.
Several new dishes with East Asian flavors will enrich this year's party menu, such as palm heart salad, Thai-style spicy and sour shrimp soup, Thai-style grilled chicken feet served with spicy dipping sauce, and crispy fried pork jerky served with chili sauce.
In particular, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy Schneider Weisse and Krombacher beers imported directly from German breweries.
This year, the event welcomes the return of Partenkirchner Musikanten, the traditional Oktoberfest band from Germany, which performs concerts all over the world. From beer tents to large banquet halls, Partenkirchner Musikanten is renowned for its lively, festival-themed songs.
Attendees can also enjoy exciting entertainment programs such as violin performances by artist Khmelivskaya Serafima on the 7th floor, immerse themselves in the vibrant performances of DJ Mai Tuong Vi and rapper Tran Phan Thien Bao, or dance along with dancers on the 5th floor. In addition, guests can participate in fun activities and games, as well as have the chance to win many surprise prizes and gifts from the lucky draw programs.
This year's lucky draw program will award many valuable prizes, including grand prizes such as an SCB Master/Visa Card Debit worth VND 50 million; five SCB cards worth VND 2 million each awarded nightly, three Selena motorbikes, and many other nightly lucky draw prizes for attendees.
