Turkish Airlines receives APEX World Class aviation award.

Turkish Airlines has just been awarded the APEX World Class Award and a 5-Star Global Airline rating for its service and professional work ethic. APEX (Air Travelers Association) is a trusted and reputable organization among airline associations.

Throughout the voting process, travelers were invited to rate millions of flights from nearly 600 airlines worldwide. Outperforming many competitors, the brand received the APEX World Class award for the second consecutive year, based on independent assessments conducted by APEX with consultation from YATES+ on criteria related to safety and satisfaction, sustainability, service, and customer experience.

"We are proud to receive the APEX World Class Award for the second time this year. Given that only eight airlines globally were deemed worthy of this award, it speaks volumes about the significance of this achievement. We are also delighted to be recognized as a Five-Star Global Airline for the sixth consecutive year. We will continue to shape and enrich our services to meet customer expectations and satisfaction within a framework of safety and sustainability," said Professor Dr. Ahmet Bolat, representing Turkish Airlines, at the APEX award ceremony.

This award, now in its second year, was given to only eight airlines, a very limited number compared to the world's total. Turkish Airlines was also selected as a Five-Star Global Airline for the sixth time this year based on passenger ratings. The awards ceremony was held at the APEX/IFSA EXPO in Long Beach, California, USA on October 26th.
