Turkish Airlines has been awarded the APEX World Class Award and 5 Star Global Airline for its service and professionalism. APEX (Airline Passengers Association) is the most trusted and reputable organization among other aviation-related associations.
During the poll, travelers were invited to rate millions of flights from nearly 600 airlines around the world. Beating many competitors, the brand received the APEX World Class award for the second consecutive year, with independent assessments conducted by APEX in consultation with YATES+ on criteria such as safety and satisfaction, sustainability, service and guest experience.

"We are proud to receive the APEX World Class Award in the APEX rankings for the second time this year. As only eight airlines were deemed worthy of this award globally, it shows the significance of our achievement. We are also delighted to be named a Five-Star Global Airline for the sixth consecutive year. We will continue to shape and enrich our services in line with the expectations and satisfaction of our guests within the framework of safety and sustainability," said Professor Dr. Ahmet Bolat, representative of Turkish Airlines, during the APEX award ceremony.
The awards, now in their second year, are presented to only eight airlines, a very limited number compared to the number of airlines in the world. Turkish Airlines was also selected as a Five Star Global Airline for the sixth time this year based on passenger reviews. The awards ceremony was held during the APEX/IFSA EXPO in Long Beach, California, USA on 26 October.
