At the second International Media Conference of the 2021 Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 31) held on the afternoon of May 9, the Quang Binh Department of Tourism introduced famous domestic and international landmarks such as Son Doong Cave, Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park... and many historical and cultural landmarks to a large number of international reporters attending this conference.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quy, Director of Quang Binh Department of Tourism shared that with the desire to promote Quang Binh tourism to domestic and international markets, especially ASEAN countries. Quang Binh Department of Tourism has coordinated with units to deploy a specialized communication campaign to introduce Quang Binh tourism on the occasion of SEA Games 31. Quang Binh Tourism will also implement a direct communication program and through digital platforms to introduce Quang Binh Tourism - a natural, attractive and unique destination.

Mr. Quy added that when coming to Quang Binh, tourists will be free to immerse themselves in nature, explore many majestic landscapes in the land of caves, the world natural heritage Phong Nha - Ke Bang and also a destination for beach resorts, high-end sports tourism and learning about culture and history.
More specifically, two vouchers to join the tour "Exploring Son Doong Cave - the world's largest cave" (worth 140 million VND) from Oxalis Adventure Company will be given to the two best athletes of SEA Games 31 (as voted by the Organizing Committee).
The Quang Binh Department of Tourism will offer a 3-day, 2-night tour to explore Quang Binh for 50 international reporters at the 31st SEA Games, worth 300 million VND. Netin Travel Company will offer tours to Quang Binh and explore Cha Loi Cave for coaches and athletes who won gold medals in Karate at the 31st SEA Games, worth 70 million VND.
In addition, Quang Binh tourism service businesses also have special incentive programs for athletes and coaches who won gold medals at SEA Games 31 with discounts from 20% - 30%.
