Mr. Dang Dong Ha, Deputy Director of the Quang Binh Provincial Department of Tourism, said that the reduction in entrance fees aims to stimulate tourism, attract tourists, and at the same time alleviate difficulties for businesses and revive the tourism industry in 2022, after the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Specifically, from January 1st to March 31st and from October 1st to December 31st, the provincial tourism sector will reduce the entrance fee by 20% for the following tourism products: Phong Nha and Tien Son caves; Mooc Stream eco-tourism site; Thien Duong cave and Me Bong Con cave; Chay River - Dark Cave tourist route; and the Botanical Garden eco-tourism and environmental interpretation site. Students traveling in groups for educational or research purposes will receive a 50% discount on entrance fees.

In addition, from now until the end of 2022, some tourism products will also have their fees reduced by 50%, including: the "Phong Nha Cave - Exploring the Mysterious Depths" route; the "Rao Thuong - En Cave - Nuoc Lanh Cave" route; the Survival Valley - Thuy Cung Cave route; the "Va Cave - Nuoc Nut Cave - Unique Experiences" route; the Tu Lan Cave System Exploration route; the "Conquering Son Doong - the World's Largest Cave" route; the "Hoa Son - Ruc Mon Cave" route; the "Exploring Hamada Valley - Tra Ang Cave" route;…
“Quang Binh continues to develop new tourism products, build promotional plans, and attract tourists. In 2022, the province expects to welcome approximately 2 million visitors, including at least 10,000 international tourists,” Mr. Ha shared.
