Switzerland has a temperate climate with four distinct seasons; it's neither too hot, too cold, nor too humid. Climate conditions vary between cantons, and the weather often changes abruptly from sunny to rainy. This contributes to the country's diversity.
Bern
Bern, the capital of Switzerland, is a tranquil, ancient city nestled on a peninsula at a bend in the Aare River. It is distinguished by its cobblestone alleyways and arched houses. Surrounding the city are hills and steep, tree-lined riverbanks. The view of the old town's rooftops and the majestic Alps on the horizon is breathtaking. Its castles, bell towers, ancient domes, fountains, and monuments have earned Bern UNESCO World Heritage status.

Ukraine
Zurich, located in northeastern Switzerland, is nestled on the banks of the Limmat River. Surrounded by hills and forests that stretch along the slopes from west to east, Zurich is considered the "gateway to the Alps" and is a major commercial and cultural center of Switzerland.

Interlaken
Nestled between Lake Thun to the west and Lake Brienz to the east, Interlaken is one of Switzerland's most popular summer resorts. At the heart of the town, Höhematte is a marvel of urban planning, boasting 35 acres of open space. Gardens, hotels, and cafes surround Höheweg, the main avenue through which you'll find stunning mountain views. The majestic peaks of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau offer fantastic opportunities for high-altitude adventures.

Jungfrau
Jungfrau is a mountain peak in southern Switzerland, part of the Alps, reaching an altitude of 4,158 meters. Known as the "Roof of Europe," it is covered in snow year-round. Remarkably, Jungfrau has a railway line running from its base up to an altitude of 3,454 meters – home to the Jungfraujoch station – the highest railway station in Europe. There are two ways to reach the summit: on foot or by train. The construction of this direct railway line to the summit is a feat that the Swiss railway industry has been proud of for over 100 years.

Walensee
Walensee is one of the seven most beautiful lakes in Switzerland. It is surrounded by the towering cliffs of the Alps, along with stunning and unique villages perched on the mountain slopes.

Rhine Falls
The Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen are the largest waterfalls in Central Europe. The best time to visit is in the summer, when the snow on the mountains melts, and the volume of water at the falls increases significantly, cascading over a 21-meter-high cliff of Jura limestone.

Lucerne
Lucerne, a city in central Switzerland, was originally an ancient fishing village on a lake, boasting picturesque natural scenery and a tranquil atmosphere. When visiting Lucerne, few can miss the Chapel Bridge, a wooden bridge spanning Lake Lucerne, built in 1330 – the oldest wooden bridge in Europe.
