Raymond Cauchetier, a renowned French photographer, was born in Paris in 1920. In 1951, he went to Indochina with the French army as head of the press department. There, he took many photographs of the life of the French Air Force as well as the landscapes, culture, and people of Vietnam after the war.

In 1955, he published a book titled...Saigon, with photographs taken by himself.

Recently, the "Dai Nam Phuc Anh" page reposted a series of nature photos taken by him from above, capturing images of Ha Long Bay, Nha Trang, the northern mountainous region, and several other places, and received great sharing from art lovers and those interested in history.
In the future, this will be a valuable source of information for Vietnamese people to look back on and compare the historical development of their country since the mid-20th century.
