Due to the complicated developments of the Corona epidemic and the latest announcement from the Government, many travel agencies and tourists have canceled tours to China. Among them, Vietrantour is the first company to offer a 100% refund policy for customers who have purchased tours.

On the morning of January 30, Vietrantour announced that it would refund 100% of the tour fee and waive all cancellation/postponement fees for tourists who have registered for tours to China, until the epidemic is completely controlled.

China's famous tourist spots are deserted or isolated at this time.

Accordingly, customers will have the right to cancel the registered China tour and receive a full refund of the tour cost. In case the customer wants to switch to another tour of equal value, Vietrantour will immediately offer a discount of 800,000 VND/person. If switching to a tour of higher value, the customer will pay the difference and this preferential policy will still apply.

"By deciding to refund 100% of the tour cost to customers, and waive all tour cancellation/postponement costs under current conditions, Vietrantour believes that this is a goodwill to actively cooperate with tourists during this sensitive time. Because the outbreak of the 2019 nCOV pneumonia epidemic is considered a force majeure event within the terms of the contract signed between Vietrantour and customers" - Vietrantour representative shared.
