Since early afternoon, the streets around Nguyen Hue walking street, Bach Dang wharf, and Thu Thiem have been bustling with people. Many families and groups of young people have been there since 5-6 pm to secure good positions, bringing drinks, snacks, and even folding chairs to wait. The bustling atmosphere lasted for many hours, despite the hot weather of early summer.
"I knew it was just a rehearsal, but I still wanted to come and see it. My whole family arrived at 5 p.m. Although I was a bit disappointed because the performance was so short, I was really moved when I saw each image appearing in the sky," said Nguyen Thi Lan (a tourist from Hue).

Mr. Tran Minh Hoang (District 3, Ho Chi Minh City) could not hide his pride: "Seeing 10,500 drones flying in unison, creating the image of the Fatherland and the city, I felt choked up. This is the first time I have seen such a performance right in my hometown."
Besides the excitement, some audiences also expressed some regret when the performance spent a lot of time promoting the sponsoring unit. "I've been waiting since the afternoon, I was expecting more images about history, the country, the city... so I was a bit disappointed when the advertisement was repeated a lot," one visitor shared.

Over the past few days, the city has seemingly never slept, continuously organizing preliminary rehearsals, parade rehearsals, experimental fireworks displays, 3D mapping performances on the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee building... The streets are crowded from early morning until late at night, the already bustling pace of life in Ho Chi Minh City is now more bustling and bustling than ever.
