Exhibition "In the midst of mirages"
"In the middle of illusions" is a series of photographic works by artist Duy Phuong. The event was displayed at Vin Gallery. The exhibition displayed 44 works. The photos are a combination of two long-term photography projects by Duy Phuong, "In the middle of illusions" (2010 - 2017) and "Illusions" (2017 - 2022).

The works in the project "In the middle" emphasize the contradiction between the new and the old, between nature and humans. Meanwhile, the works in "Illusions" follow the principles of documentary photography. The photos are taken randomly, without arrangement or staging, but still full of sophistication. With these projects, the author does not wish to direct the public to a specific message or emotional harmony, but rather to personal feelings. Each viewer will see the changes in the landscape or people affected by urbanization through the lens of photography.
Exhibition "Hidden Concept: Manifesto from the Street!"
"An Concept: A Declaration from the Street!" is a tribute, honor and spread of street culture. "An" is the condensation of the 5 nuances/stages of origin and common development that make up street culture. Originating from involuntary hiding, street culture is associated with underground activities, unobtrusive, only aimed at a small community with intense passion.

Until now, when it has dominated the mass market with big names of artists, expensive shows with tens of thousands of audiences, a series of collections from fashion to art toys launched with extremely luxurious prices, street culture still maintains its underground life everywhere. Because only when "hidden" can street culture truly live with the true nature of freedom and liberality that it has always proudly shown. That is also the story and message that the exhibition An Concept wants to convey. The event was held at AREUS Atelier (District 3).
Exhibition "BroA"
The event showcased a series of paintings by four young artists at MAY artspace. Painter Vuong The Quan, painter Pham The Vinh, painter Hoang Thien Phuc and sculptor Le Phi Hung were friends who met and together formed a private playground to freely pursue their personal thoughts on the path of artistic creation. They took the common name of the group Bro-active.

Thế Vinh and Thiện Phúc both pursue the pop-art style, using vibrant colors and building with synthetic materials. However, the stories of the two artists have a clear contrast. Artist Thế Quân is completely different, it is also a story but created in Thế Quân's own surreal world, a chessboard, with characters who are both someone and no one. This is not a new image, and it itself has many allusions to the current situation.

Workshop "Dyeing a sheaf of paper"

Experience making handmade paper from the preparation and processing of pulp, shaping the paper to harvesting the paper. All are done by hand using traditional methods. Participants will learn and practice making recycled paper with natural dyes. Each person will complete a stack of recycled handmade paper of 5-10 sheets (depending on size). The finished product will be sent to the participants' homes after 5-7 days. The event takes place at Vuivay Art Station Studio (District 10).
