Cong Tri and the collection "Picking up the tilted dew drops" at New York Fashion Week
Following the success of the Fall - Winter 2019 collection in February, on September 9, Designer Nguyen Cong Tri officially introduced new designs called "Picking up the tilted dew drops" at the New York Spring - Summer 2020 Fashion Week.

This is the second time designer Cong Tri has had the honor of bringing his latest creation to one of the most prestigious fashion weeks in the world.

Cong Tri chose two main high-heeled shoe forms for the show, with the difference being in the toe or heel, and the bow-tied sandals made of transparent material, reminiscent of the color of dew drops. Cong Tri's new designs were inspired by morning dew, plants, and nature, so the main colors of the collection were white, yellow, brown, and green. The Da Nang-born designer used many thin materials such as thin silk and net chiffon, which led to a series of models having to go topless during the show to ensure the color and style of the costumes.

Sexy long dresses, expressed through clever cuts at the chest and shoulders to demonstrate the confidence and strength of women, ready to explode at any time.

Yellow and neon green are the two most popular colors in Cong Tri's collection this time. Because they are so vibrant, they are applied to outfits that are completely minimalist in lines but still maximize the wearer's figure.

Blue is a color that is very picky about skin tone but is the optimal choice if Cong Tri wants to reach Western customers. He continues to maintain his style with sharp and unique shoulder pads - an indispensable feature in all of Cong Tri's recent collections.

Cong Tri's strength is his designs dedicated to the red carpet. He skillfully combines many unique details in embroidery to create a unique personality, a unique obsession with the gorgeous beauty of ladies in every moment of life.

It is not an exaggeration to say that "Picking up the tilted dew drops" will be another success for designer Cong Tri because the creations in this collection seem to be born for the most prestigious red carpets, and that is also what the public is looking forward to seeing in the near future.
Outstanding collections at New York Fashion Week
Along with the pure and innocent collection of Vietnamese designer Nguyen Cong Tri, there are countless collections full of color and style from the world's leading designers. Let's take a look at the most memorable collections of New York Fashion Week.
1. Oscar de la Renta
History, architecture, religion - these are the opening features of Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia's latest collection for Oscar de la Renta. The pair were inspired by the ornate interior and vibrant colors of the Mosque - Cathedral of Cordoba in Spain. Cocktail dresses add a youthful touch, topped with a statement jacket that makes the outfit look like an oil painting embroidered on canvas.

2. Dion Lee
Can a fashion collection be both architectural and romantic? Or both conventional and free-spirited? The answer is absolutely yes. The proof is Dion Lee's culminating collection at New York Fashion Week. The parallel presence of two opposing themes has always been a prominent feature of the brand, but this season, it must be said that Lee's ability to balance two opposing aesthetic extremes is extremely impressive.

3. Marc Jacobs
Marc Jacobs closed Fashion Week with a stunning collection and some very bold choices. Although the show was 90 minutes late, there was no denying that Marc Jacobs delivered a collection that made a strong impression.
A lemon yellow off-the-shoulder gown worn by Adut Akech seemed destined to become a red carpet sensation.
The thick feathers that surround the upper body create a rather heavy yet seductive feel - this outfit has been meticulously revised after being shown last season, bringing undeniable magnificence.

4. Brandon Maxwell
Brandon Maxwell's collection this season continued to define the aesthetic with dark silhouettes and cinched waists in monochrome outfits in a single shade of neon green or red.

5. Tory Burch
Fashion designer Tory Burch was particularly inspired by Black Mountain College - the school founded in 1933 in North Carolina, which has always been known for its unique approach to education and for shaping the trajectory of modern art in America. This season's collection is a combination of classics that have been revamped. The eccentric modernity in the design of raw hems, large ruffled collars, cut-glass jewelry and high-top shoes... all combine into a charming collection.

6. Gabriela Hearst
Gabriela Hearst's collection had a distinct flair that perfectly highlighted her famous tailoring. Her designs were inspired by the life of Russian ballerina Maya Plisetskaya. The designer's biggest selling point was the seemingly smallest details - she used replica Uruguayan coins as buttons and recycled wool to reduce her environmental impact.

7. Tom Ford
Tom Ford's collection this season is neither wild nor trendy. It's simply chic. Chic, that's all.

8. Tomo Koizumi
This collection may not be suitable for everyday wear, but it was the most fun and wonderful debut at New York Fashion Week in years.

9. Longchamp
Flowing silk dresses and hand-embroidered pleated skirts in tulle or sheer wool are paired with black fur coats and overcoats that have a classic architectural feel.
