The project was developed according to IFC BRI sustainability standards, with elevated structures above ground, using bamboo, recycled wood, and environmentally friendly materials.
Thirty eco-friendly bungalows are nestled amidst the natural landscape, surrounded by native trees, preserving biodiversity while providing a sense of privacy and intimacy.

- Fly from Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi to Hue airport, then take a private car for 3 hours to Auko.
- Take a train from Da Nang or Hanoi to Dong Hoi station, then take a private car for 1 hour to Auko.
- A 5-hour drive from Da Nang directly to Auko
