Azerai Can Tho appoints new Managing Director.

On November 1st, Azerai Can Tho appointed Nicolas Pillet as the Managing Director of the resort located on the tranquil Con Au islet in the Mekong Delta. The resort is expected to reopen on November 12th after a temporary closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Nicolas Pillet, a French national who studied culinary arts and hospitality in Nantes, previously managed the Eastern & Oriental Express – the only luxury train in Southeast Asia – and more recently served as the CEO of the Amanoi resort in Binh Thuan.

“Nicolas Pillet is a manager, but he always rolls up his sleeves and gets involved with his team to ensure the work is done to the highest standards. He also always looks for ways to incorporate local cultural values ​​into the resort to create new and exceptional experiences that exceed customer expectations,” shared Henry Gray, CEO of Azerai Resorts.
