Since the Covid-19 pandemic, green consumption has also recorded significant growth with an average of 15% per year in the period 2021-2023, according to data from the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Notably, more than 72% of Vietnamese consumers are willing to pay more for green products, 24% focus on sustainable lifestyles in their short-term plans, and 16% consider a sustainable future as a decisive factor in their long-term consumption priorities.
It can be seen that consumers are increasingly aware of the connection between health and the environment. They not only seek nutritious food but also want their consumption choices to contribute to protecting nature. Sustainable lifestyle, especially green consumption, is gradually becoming an indispensable part of the daily routine of Vietnamese people.
