Sweden is the latest country in Europe to decide to waive quarantine requirements for those entering from outside the European Union (EU), effective April 1st. Previously, only those with essential reasons for entering the country were permitted.

When entering the United Kingdom, travelers no longer need to fill out a passenger tracking form, quarantine, or provide a negative test result as before. Vaccination is also not required for those entering the country.
Denmark has just announced on its government website that there are no longer any Covid-19 restrictions on incoming travelers or in public spaces. However, private establishments such as restaurants and hotels are allowed to set their own preventative measures for guests if they wish. Healthcare facilities are the only places where wearing a mask is mandatory.
Poland, Romania, and Hungary also lifted all entry and travel restrictions from the end of March. Quarantine requirements are no longer mandatory.
Presenting a vaccine passport upon arrival in Ireland is no longer mandatory, as is a certificate of recovery from Covid-19 or a negative PCR test result. Travelers also do not need to fill out a passenger tracking form (a method Ireland previously used to manage infections) or quarantine.
From March 23rd, anyone can enter the Netherlands without having to present any documents related to Covid-19 restrictions.
Previously, starting in February, Iceland was one of the first countries in Europe to reopen to tourists with the most relaxed regulations. Visitors were not required to undergo testing before or after arrival, and were not quarantined. Slovenia and Norway followed suit.
France and several other European countries still apply regulations to incoming travelers.
Furthermore, many European countries still require visitors to have relevant pandemic prevention certificates to enter, such as Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Greece, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Turkey. In addition, some countries are still implementing pandemic prevention regulations for cultural activities and business services, significantly impacting tourists' travel plans.
