Located in Los Angeles, the house has an area of over 2,000 m2, has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, was purchased by Miley in 2020. Sharing with Architectural Digest magazine, Miley said that her mother, Tish Cyrus, was the one in charge of interior design for the house.
“My mom can make anything that's in my head come true—even if it's not her style. She knows what's best for me, and she creates spaces that reflect who I am.”

Working with design partner Mat Sanders, Tish says she ditched her usual bohemian style and kept Miley's rock 'n' roll spirit at the heart of the home's decor.
"The most important thing for me when I walk into someone's home," Tish says, "I want you to know who lives there, what their personality is like, what kind of person they are, and what they love. I know Miley so well that I can do that."
Rooms feature classic Italian furnishings and are illuminated with neon lights.

While the luxury is evident, some spaces – including the bedrooms, kitchen and courtyard – are more restrained. Decorated with soft patterns and colors, they resemble a high-end hotel more than a rock star's retreat.
“Miley and Mat are always like, ‘More, more, more,’ and I'm like, ‘Not always. Try to cut back a portion.’”

"My mom believes that nothing is forever, that nothing is undoable," Miley said. "We always make bold choices in life, and sometimes it works out and brings you luck, and sometimes it doesn't. But that's a risk she's willing to take—and I'm willing to take—into our lifestyle, and that's reflected in the design."
