At the same time, the owner of the above vehicle was identified as Mr. TAT, a member of the Cooperative for Business (registered in Da Nang).

According to the leader of the Da Nang Department of Transport, the TAT driver was fined for "driving a car participating in the transport business under a contract but without a transport contract and passenger list".

For this violation, the fine is from 1 to 2 million VND and the driver's license is revoked for 1 to 3 months.

In addition, the Cooperative for Joint Business was also fined an administrative violation for "using a vehicle for passenger transport business under contract without a transport contract and passenger list", and was proposed to be fined from 10 to 12 million VND.

Previously, this vehicle's badge was also revoked so that authorities could verify the tourist's complaint.

Regulating technology drivers at Da Nang airport

In recent times, the functional sectors of Da Nang City have repeatedly dealt with the situation of soliciting and collecting money not in accordance with the agreement between drivers and customers.

In particular, the authorities have inspected and handled violations of passenger transport business in the Da Nang airport area, ending the situation of soliciting and causing disorder.

Technology motorbike taxis are also assigned operating areas to ensure aesthetics and security.
