1. Museum of Fine Arts

The Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Museum was completed in 1987 and put into operation in 1992. However, the museum's predecessor was a Baroque-style mansion combining French and Chinese architecture built in 1929 by the family of Mr. Hoa - the richest man in Saigon in the first half of the 20th century.

The Museum of Fine Arts is not only a place where visitors can enjoy many types of art, but also a destination to admire the magnificent architecture of the early 20th century. The museum takes yellow as the main color, the eaves are glazed in elaborate green. The floor is tiled with various designs, while the stairs are decorated with luxurious marble.

2. Ho Chi Minh City Museum

The museum was built in 1885 by French architect Alfred Foulhoux with an area of ​​nearly 2 hectares to display domestic products. However, after completion, this place gradually became the residence of many powerful people. It was not until 1999 that this place officially became the Ho Chi Minh City Museum.

The museum was built in the classical Renaissance style with a Western facade and an Asian-style roof. Inside the museum are many rooms such as: the natural - archaeological room, the Saigon geography - administrative room, the Saigon port - trade and service room, the industry - handicraft room, the Saigon culture room, the revolutionary struggle room from 1930 - 1945, the revolutionary struggle room from 1954 - 1975, the resistance war relics room, the Vietnamese currency room.

The building is U-shaped and has an area of ​​1,000 m², designed by architect Nguyen Ba Lang in harmony and landscape treatment to match the ancient architecture of the previous building.

4. War Remnants Museum

The War Remnants Museum is a museum specializing in researching, collecting, storing, preserving and displaying documents, images and artifacts about the evidence of crimes and consequences of wars that invading forces have caused to Vietnam. The predecessor of the Museum was the "American - Puppet Crime Exhibition House", then renamed the Aggressive War Crime Exhibition House (November 10, 1990) before becoming the War Remnants Museum (July 4, 1995).

The museum consists of a modern 3-storey building with a floor area of ​​4,522 m², along with a number of auxiliary works and an outdoor exhibition space of 3,026 m². The museum preserves more than 20,000 documents, artifacts and films, of which more than 1,500 documents, artifacts and films have been introduced in 8 regular exhibition topics.

5. Ao Dai Museum
