According to him, the best time to experience this sport is usually in the afternoon. Tuyen Lam Lake is a camping area, so visitors can walk around and check in, and around 4:30 p.m. they will start SUP paddling. This is a good time to paddle because the sunset is about to fall, you can see the most beautiful moment of the day. Sitting on the lake, watching the pine trees, the sunlight shining on the water creates a shimmering light streak, making the scene here more poetic than ever. Tai Pham also said that the price to join the SUP paddling tour at Tuyen Lam Lake is 400,000 VND/person. This cost is only for SUP paddling, and visitors have to pay extra for other activities.

Notes when rowing SUP at Tuyen Lam Lake
Tuyen Lam Lake is known for its large and deep area, so ensuring safety is essential. You should not remove the buoy from your body when paddling, and you must not remove the safety rope tied to your feet. In the lake, there is an old forest growing underwater. To get here, you have to paddle your SUP quite far, paddling time is about 15 minutes. Before going, you should have a light meal to have the energy to paddle.
For long distances, Tai Pham advises tourists to kneel down to paddle because with a straight back, the paddles will have more power and less effort. If you can't swim, don't worry because you have a full life jacket, the SUP always floats and the lake surface is calm without waves.
