This May, one of the most anticipated events for food lovers across the country is the return of "Vietnam Restaurant and Bar Week." This is part of Flavors Vietnam – an annual program jointly organized by Vietcetera and Mastercard, aiming to celebrate and connect food enthusiasts throughout Vietnam.
This year, for the first time, the "Vietnam Restaurant and Bar Week" is expanding to the coastal city of Da Nang, promising more attractive seasonal menus, richer flavors, and more diverse culinary experiences from each region.

The 42 participating restaurants offer a diverse range of styles, from upscale to cafe-dining combinations, carefully selected to suit every diner's taste. From vegetarian restaurants nestled in lush greenery in Saigon (Hum), to a burger joint with an explosive menu of novel flavors in Hanoi's Old Quarter (Ngoặm), or a fine-dining establishment hidden away in a small alley in Da Nang (City High Dining).
Visiting the bars participating in the week, customers also have the opportunity to enjoy the continuous creativity of top bartenders and experience unique spaces with distinct and impressive main ideas. This could be a 1920s speakeasy bar at Bee'Znees, or an impressive old castle with its characteristic courtyard, tunnels, and ancient well at I&I Cocktail Castle.
