To celebrate the 50th anniversary of World Environment Day, designer Minh Hạnh drew inspiration from flowers and forest leaves to create a unique collection titled "Cat Tien - Four Seasons of Green." This also marks her first time working with this special material at Nam Cat Tien National Park (Nam Cat Tien commune, Tan Phu district, Dong Nai province). The program featured performances by Meritorious Artist of Dance Linh Nga, Meritorious Artist of the erhu Thuy Anh, 9X generation singers Nguyen Thai Duong, Le Minh Duc, Khang Ngoc, and 20 models.
Designer Minh Hanh stated that while not featuring rare or exotic flowers, the pure beauty of wildflowers by the roadside, fresh green buds, or dry, old branches is vividly and captivatingly retold through fashion.
Designer Minh Hạnh has sent a fashion collection to Cat Tien National Park, using materials from the flowers and leaves of this pristine forest.
Designer Minh Hanh stated that, while not rare or exotic, the pure beauty of wildflowers along the roadside, of fresh green sprouts, and even of old, withered trees tells the story of the four seasons—spring, summer, autumn, and winter—in Cat Tien in the most captivating and interesting way through fashion. Through this collection, designer Minh Hanh aims to spread the message of environmental protection and contribute to the development of ecotourism.
On May 27th, designer Minh Hạnh will hold a fashion show in Cat Tien National Park, showcasing 20-25 designs inspired by flowers and forest leaves, as a gift to those chosen by the forest.
She transformed branches and leaves of flowers such as crape myrtle, wild peach blossom, golden scorpion flower, and brown chò flower into unique costumes representing the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn, and winter in Cat Tien National Park.
Designer Minh Hanh stated that while not featuring rare or exotic flowers, the pure beauty of wildflowers by the roadside, fresh green buds, or dry, old branches is vividly and captivatingly retold through fashion.
The garments made from dried branches are soaked in water to fade their color before being designed.
The yellow scorpion flower is designed into a lovely dress.
Through this collection, Minh Hạnh aims to spread the message of environmental protection while contributing to the development of ecotourism.

Cat Tien National Park is one of Vietnam's world biosphere reserves. It is home to 300 species of birds and over 450 species of butterflies, accounting for nearly 50% of the species found in Vietnam. The forest is also home to many rare animals such as: gaur, deer, crocodiles, yellow-cheeked gibbons, silver langurs, black-footed langurs… It also houses a Bear Rescue Station and various feline species.
