On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of World Environment Day, designer Minh Hanh was inspired to create a unique collection from flowers and forest leaves called "Cat Tien - Four seasons of green leaves". This is also the first time she has created with this special material at Nam Cat Tien National Park (Nam Cat Tien commune, Tan Phu district, Dong Nai province). The program has the participation of Meritorious Dance Artist Linh Nga, Meritorious Erhu Artist Thuy Anh, singers TG9X Nguyen Thai Duong, Le Minh Duc, Khang Ngoc and 20 models.
Designer Minh Hanh said that although it is not a rare flower, the pure beauty of wild flowers along the roadside, fresh green buds or dry, old tree branches are vividly and attractively told through fashion.
Designer Minh Hanh sent to Cat Tien National Park a fashion collection made from flowers and leaves from this primeval forest.
Designer Minh Hanh said that although they are not exotic flowers, the pure beauty of wild flowers along the roadside, of fresh green buds and even old dry trees also tells the story of the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter in Cat Tien in the most attractive and interesting way through fashion. Through this collection, designer Minh Hanh wants to spread the message of environmental protection, while contributing to the development of eco-tourism.
On May 27, designer Minh Hanh will hold a fashion show in Cat Tien National Park, introducing 20-25 designs made from flowers and forest leaves, dedicated to those chosen by the forest.
She has turned flower branches and leaves such as purple crape myrtle, wild peach blossom, yellow scorpion flower, brown chò flower... into unique costumes, representing the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn, and winter at Cat Tien National Park.
Designer Minh Hanh said that although it is not a rare flower, the pure beauty of wild flowers along the roadside, fresh green buds or dry, old tree branches are vividly and attractively told through fashion.
Costumes made from dry branches are soaked in water to remove the color before being designed.

Cat Tien National Park is one of the world biosphere reserves in Vietnam. It is home to 300 species of birds and more than 450 species of butterflies, accounting for nearly 50% of the species in Vietnam. This forest has many rare animals such as gaur, deer, crocodile, yellow-cheeked gibbon, silvered langur, black-shanked douc langur... There is also a Bear Rescue Station and other felids.
