Immerse yourself in the scenery of "fairyland"
Nostalgic for its peaceful beauty, with a mysterious and magical feel like an unreal film, Suoi Tia is an ideal stopover in the land of fog. In particular, this place is also likened to a "paradise" in the heart of Da Lat that not everyone knows about.
About 7 km from the center of Da Lat, Tia stream is located in the water system of Tuyen Lam lake.
Flooded mangrove forests are a "masterpiece" of many photographers.
About 7 km from the center of Da Lat, Tia stream is located in the water system of Tuyen Lam lake. Although it is in the same system as Tuyen Lam lake, Tia stream is a rare place that possesses a diverse ecosystem as well as mangrove forests in the Lang Biang plateau, notably the water palm forest. Thanks to the dotted perennial palm trees, Tia stream has a completely different beauty.
Still retaining its original, magical and enchanting beauty, the color of Tia stream changes with the four different seasons, making nature extremely magical. Tia stream is beautiful all four seasons of the year, each season has its own beauty, adding to the natural picture's charm. If spring comes, summer comes, the acacia trees sprout new, fresh buds full of vitality, then when autumn comes, winter comes, this place is cool and sad with rows of acacia trees losing their leaves, leaving only bare, ivory-white dry branches.

Every tourist wants to save these poetic moments for themselves.
The beauty of Tia stream through the lens of a local
As a native born and raised in Da Lat, photographer Phan Quoc Dung loves to explore and capture beautiful moments of the city of thousands of flowers. “I am a person who really likes wild places, so I often choose little-known places to explore. Suoi Tia is one of the tourist areas considered a paradise in Da Lat, still retaining its wild beauty.”
In the early days when the road to Tia stream was not yet completed, Mr. Quoc Dung and his group of friends got lost several times before arriving here. According to the photographer, the road to Tia stream has two sides of wild pine forests creating a very beautiful scene.
To get to Tia stream, visitors need to follow the trail along the small stream in the middle of the pine forest. In addition, visitors can also go to Tuyen Lam lake's boat dock, then rent a small boat to enter the Tia stream area.

Coming to Suoi Tia, visitors can feel the beauty of four seasons in this fairyland.
Quoc Dung usually takes photos of Tia stream at 5:30 am. Early mornings, when the golden sunlight illuminates each drop of dew, are the most beautiful times at Tia stream. The scenery here gradually becomes mysterious and magical, as if lost in a mythical place. According to the photographer, taking photos at Tia stream is quite difficult because you have to wade through mud to get beautiful angles.
The flooded acacia forest becomes even more impressive in the fall and winter. During this season, the acacia trees gradually shed their leaves, sprout and flower. The leaves also gradually change from green to yellow, with red leaves mixed with small clusters of yellow flowers, making the scene more poetic.
“Suoi Tia has a different beauty in each season, but the most beautiful is still the last days of autumn when the trees start to change leaves. The yellow leaves reflect on the lake surface, creating a magical scene,” said Mr. Quoc Dung.

Suoi Tia with its magical, mysterious beauty
The image of a fisherman with his fishing boat and rows of trees contributes to making the scenery of Tia stream even more magical. Now, when mentioning Da Lat, tourists not only remember the beautiful flowers but also the early morning mist on Tuyen Lam lake, the corner of Tia stream.
Suoi Tia has become a place for couples to take wedding photos, many young people come to check-in and participate in rowing boats organized by organizations. In particular, this place is also honored to be featured in a number of film projects as well as works of art by photographers because of its beauty, which is likened to a "heavenly film set" or "a paradise on earth".
