A culinary "love story" of Italian cuisine at Oriental Pearl buffet restaurant.

Vinpearl Landmark 81 Hotel, Autograph Collection welcomes its fourth guest chef of the year, Enzo (Vincenzo Sorrentino) from JW Marriott Khao Lak spa and resort. Chef Enzo will be present at the Oriental Pearl restaurant from July 6th to 15th to present a special menu for the "Italian Love Story" buffet dinner series this July and August.

Chef Enzo showcases his culinary skills with signature dishes, authentically Italian in flavor, served buffet-style at the restaurant. In addition, premium seafood, the best pho in Saigon with mushroom-shaped fried dough sticks, various types of sashimi, and many other tempting dishes will create a rich culinary experience at Oriental Pearl restaurant.

Drawing on his extensive experience from his family's restaurant in Italy and his years working at the renowned Olive Restaurant at the JW Marriott Khao Lak resort, Chef Enzo introduces a series of delicious Italian dishes that food lovers shouldn't miss, such as:

• Insalata Mare: Hot seafood salad with Taggiasca olives, pickled red onion, celery, cherry tomatoes, and anchovy sauce.

• Zuppa Di Pesce: Seafood stewed with tomatoes, white wine, dill, and Italian parsley broth.

• Parmigiana: A traditional recipe for fried eggplant with fresh tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, pecorino cheese, and basil.

• Tagliata: The most popular Italian steak preparation. Beef tenderloin marinated in balsamic vinegar aged for 5 years, served with rocket salad and grated Parmesan cheese.

• Agnello: Lamb shoulder stewed in Chianti wine with mashed potatoes

• Enzo's Family Recipe Lasagna - Handmade lasagna with a secret family recipe for braised beef sauce and Parmesan cheese.
