The Hue Festival 2023 (June – December) will feature continuous, extended activities, with a focus on commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Hue Imperial Citadel Complex being recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage site, and the 20th anniversary of Nha Nhac being recognized as a Representative Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
The Summer Festival "The Shining Imperial City" takes place from April to June. The festival will highlight the artistic program commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Hue Imperial City Complex and the 20th anniversary of Hue Royal Court Music being recognized by UNESCO.
The "Hue in Autumn" Autumn Festival will take place from July to September, with the highlight being the Ao Dai Festival associated with the Hue Community Ao Dai Week, combined with activities such as celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival like the Lantern Festival, Lion Dance Festival, and activities including exhibitions, installations, lantern processions, and lion dance performances…
The "Hue Winter Festival" will take place from October to December, featuring several new festival activities that will create a more vibrant and warm winter atmosphere in Hue, while also providing various forms of entertainment for tourists to enjoy during their stay in the ancient capital of Hue, with the highlight being the International Music Festival and the New Year's Eve Countdown program.
