For those who have ever dreamed of strolling along a white sand path in the middle of the ocean, where the deep blue water and fine white sand blend seamlessly, Diep Son is the perfect destination. Each time the tide recedes, a strip of fine white sand slowly emerges from the vast ocean, connecting the two islands of Hon Qua and Hon Bip, stretching for about 1km. This white sand path, known as the "Diep Son Waterway," only appears for a few hours each day when the tide is low, offering visitors a truly unique and fascinating experience.
Walking along this fine white sand path, with the gentle, clear blue sea lapping at your feet, you'll feel like you're stepping into another world – where humans and nature blend harmoniously and peacefully. Not only is it an ideal spot for taking stunning photos, but this path also offers a unique sense of adventure as you can walk from one island to another without any transportation.
This unique pathway, which only appears at low tide, connects the islands at Diep Son.
However, the sea-walking path at Diep Son only appears for those "fortunate enough" to see it and disappears underwater when the tide rises. According to local people, from the 1st to the 15th of the lunar month, the path begins to appear at noon after 12:30 PM and lasts until evening. On the last days of the month, the path appears later, around 4:30 PM. It is this change that makes Diep Son even more attractive, drawing many tourists who flock there to "hunt" for the moment of walking on the sea.

But Diep Son Island is not just about that magical sandy path. Not far from Tu Hai Beach, visitors will find rows of stilt houses along the coast, offering accommodation for those wishing to stay overnight on the island. These stilt houses blend harmoniously with the natural landscape, preserving Diep Son's pristine beauty and providing visitors with a wonderful sense of tranquility. Every morning, upon waking, one can see the sun rising right outside their window, accompanied by the gentle sound of waves, creating an unforgettable moment of peace.

Diep Son possesses a unique sense of peace and tranquility. On clear, sunny days, one can even see small fish swimming beneath their feet, or spot coral reefs hidden beneath the water's surface. Camping by the beach
To reach Diep Son Island, visitors can depart from Nha Trang or Phu Yen, then travel to Van Gia port. From there, they can take a speedboat or ferry to the island. Although the journey isn't very long, the feeling of stepping onto the white sand amidst the blue sea will surely make all the travel difficulties worthwhile.
Currently, Diep Son Island has not been overly exploited for tourism. Tour operators focus on protecting the landscape and preserving the island's pristine natural beauty. Only about 100 households live on the island, their lives intertwined with the sea for generations. The locals still maintain their distinctive traditional culture and simple lifestyle, creating a unique attraction for visitors.
