Known as one of the leading names in the fashion design industry in Vietnam. Since 2001, Cong Tri has achieved many achievements and prestigious fashion awards at home and abroad. Although working in the fashion industry, which is a bustling place, Cong Tri has a very quiet and calm lifestyle and work style like himself. At the end of 2015, Cong Tri was one of the faces honored at the "Men Of The Decade" award from a prestigious domestic magazine.

Compared to previous years, 2015 is considered a rather quiet year for Cong Tri, but only in the media. In fact, he still participates in many fashion-art projects. The project that took the most effort and time last year was probably the project of designing performance costumes for all the characters in Lonah Show, the first Las Vegas-style entertainment show in Vietnam that Cong Tri undertook. He spent most of the year in Las Vegas to learn from similar shows.

Last December, Cong Tri officially introduced to fashion lovers the KINConcept fashion line for women after the product line of the same name for men had been operating stably and had a certain brand in the market. "For me personally, this is a fashion business development direction that requires long-term investment in addition to art projects that focus on personal interests that I will definitely continue to maintain in parallel in the near future" - the designer shared.
From the perspective of Vietnam's number 1 designer, he believes that for creative people, it is not necessary for ideas to flow all the time. Although creative people are always under pressure to innovate, to have new ideas, to always "follow" trends, in fact, professional creative people really need "calm" times to come up with new and good things of real value to help themselves and the audience not be disappointed. Explaining this issue further, he confided, "I always want people to be truly surprised by my new collections, so who knows, the calm before a big storm is interesting and necessary?"
From March 14-19, 2016, Cong Tri will be the sole and official representative of Vietnam to attend Tokyo Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2016 within the framework of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week – Tokyo and the Asian Fashion Meets Tokyo event series with Collection No.9. In addition to individual fashion and art projects, each year, Cong Tri introduces to the public a Haute Couture Collection. Last year, his Collection No.8 appeared at Vietnam International Fashion Week 2014 – Vietnam International Fashion Week and he is a Senior Member of the Asian Fashion Association.
With the achievements he has made in more than 15 years of working in the fashion industry, Cong Tri shared that all of that can be summed up in two words: "responsibility". "The secret to success, for me, is responsibility. Responsibility towards the group of associates and colleagues who always support and accompany me, responsibility towards the audience, towards the professionals who sympathize with my creations and thoughts, responsibility towards the young creative generation in the country who more or less see me as an icon, a destination to strive for. Above all, I am responsible for my name, for what I have achieved in the present to continue working and making efforts."
