The Philippines is gradually lifting quarantine regulations. Tourists who have received three doses of Covid-19 vaccine do not need to be tested before entering the country.

On the other hand, travelers who have not been vaccinated or have only received two doses of the vaccine must present a negative PCR test result valid 48 hours before departure. The Philippines allows travelers to take antigen tests. However, travelers must do so within 24 hours before entry.

Foreign visitors must also have a passport valid for at least six months upon arrival. Authorities in the Philippines announced Friday that Metro Manila, the country's bustling capital, will remain at the lowest alert level from June 1 to June 15.

Alert Level 1 is the most relaxed level. This means businesses, restaurants, cafes, shops and gyms can operate at full capacity without restrictions.

Along with Manila, 62 other places in the country will be under the lowest alert level in June, including Pangasinan, Cebu City and Batangas. Alert level limits are reviewed every two weeks.
