With a clear strategy, favorable conditions for tourism development and a variety of attractive activities and events, Da Nang attracts a large number of tourists back in the first half of 2023, especially international visitors.

At Han Market in Hai Chau District, international tourists flocked to visit, buy souvenirs, and enjoy dining. Souvenir shops on Tran Phu Street also reopened to serve tourists after more than 3 years of being affected by COVID-19.

Ms. Nguyen Mai, a trader at Han Market, said that the number of international visitors to the market this year has increased significantly compared to last year. "Mainly Korean and Indian visitors. The demand for goods is not much, but the number of visitors to the market is large, so buying and selling is more bustling," Ms. Mai said.
