According to Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPT, the Covid-19 epidemic is causing a lot of loss and disruption to the country. Thousands of people have died, tens of thousands of businesses have closed, millions of workers have lost their jobs. Even more painful are the thousands of children who have lost their fathers and mothers.
As a leading corporation, FPT wants to accept children, help them grow up and become useful people for society. "For children who have lost their parents due to Covid-19, I want to create an environment for them to study, practice, and turn pain into strength to conquer new heights," said the head of FPT.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPT pledged to take in 1,000 children who have lost their parents and continuously train them for the next 20 years, at a cost of 80 billion VND per year.
"We are committed to helping students study according to the general education program, FPT University, and study at a higher level if they wish. During that training process, we want to help them develop all their abilities. If they are good at technology, they should follow the technology path; if they are good at art, they should follow the art path; if they are good at science, they should do science," Mr. Binh affirmed.
FPT also chose FPT City Da Nang as the place to build schools, nurture and train children from grades 1 to 12 and university.
The school is built on the model of a cadet school. This model helps students get along with their friends, practice discipline, spend more time studying, developing, and becoming talented people who can return to serve their homeland.
