According to Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPT, the Covid-19 pandemic is causing much loss and disruption to the country. Thousands of people have died, tens of thousands of businesses have closed, and millions of workers have lost their jobs. Even more tragic is the loss of thousands of children who have lost their parents.
As a leading corporation, FPT wants to take in these children, help them grow, and become useful members of society. "For children who have lost their parents due to Covid-19, I hope to create an environment where they can study, train, and transform their grief into strength to conquer new heights," said the head of FPT.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPT has pledged to take in 1,000 orphaned children and provide continuous training for the next 20 years, at an annual cost of 80 billion VND.
"We are committed to helping students study the FPT high school and university programs, and pursue higher education if they wish. Throughout this training process, we want to help them develop their full potential. If they excel in technology, they can pursue a career in technology; if they excel in art, they can pursue an artistic career; and if they excel in science, they can pursue a career in science," Mr. Binh affirmed.

FPT has also chosen FPT City Da Nang as the location to build a school, nurturing and training children from grades 1 to 12 and university level.
The school is built on the model of a cadet school. This model helps students integrate with their peers, develop discipline, dedicate more time to studying and growth, and become talented individuals who will return to serve their homeland.
