In May 2021 in Ho Chi Minh City, Fusion announced that it had merged with the GLOW Hotels & Resorts brand (Thailand). This move shows that Fusion aims to develop a leading brand and hotel management system in Southeast Asia, consolidating its strong position in the context of the region's dynamic and rapidly developing tourism market.
Fusion is a hotel group specializing in wellness tourism in Vietnam, while the GLOW brand has a long history of developing and operating hotels in Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam. Therefore, after this merger, Fusion will manage and operate a chain of hotels and resorts with more than 4,000 rooms.

After the merger, Fusion will focus on increasing the number of resorts and hotels in Vietnam and leveraging its new advantage in Thailand to seek opportunities to expand its brand presence in the Southeast Asian market.
