Fusion merges with Glow Hotels & Resorts (Thailand)

In May 2021 in Ho Chi Minh City, Fusion announced its merger with GLOW Hotels & Resorts (Thailand). This move demonstrates Fusion's commitment to developing a leading hotel management and branding system in Southeast Asia, strengthening its position in the region's dynamic and rapidly developing tourism market.

Fusion is a hotel group specializing in wellness tourism in Vietnam, while the GLOW brand has a long history of developing and operating hotels in Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Therefore, following this merger, Fusion will manage and operate a chain of hotels and resorts with over 4,000 rooms.

Following the merger, Fusion will focus on expanding its resort and hotel portfolio in Vietnam and leveraging its new strengths in Thailand to seek opportunities to broaden its brand presence in the Southeast Asian market. Kevin Beauvais, the new CEO of Fusion, shared: “The merger of Fusion and GLOW will be a new journey for us to continue enhancing services for travelers, driving future growth, and delivering value to shareholders.”
