Tourists only need to install the app "Safe Vietnam Tourism" to easily report all issues related to tourism services related to counterfeit goods, poor quality goods, fraud, price gouging, false advertising, food safety and hygiene... All reported information will be received, verified and processed by the General Department of Tourism in coordination with the General Department of Market Management under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The "Safe Vietnam Tourism" application is connected to the information system of the General Department of Market Management, allowing the two sides to easily exchange information, coordinate in receiving and handling tourists' feedback, and protect tourists' rights.
The feedback feature on the application allows the General Department of Market Management to quickly grasp information and promptly handle issues related to counterfeit goods, poor quality goods, fraud, price gouging, false advertising, food safety and hygiene, etc. Thereby, contributing to cleaning and making the domestic tourism market clean and healthy, improving service quality and reputation of Vietnam tourism.
