Tourists can easily report any issues related to tourism services, such as counterfeit goods, substandard products, scams, price gouging, misleading advertising, and unsanitary food practices, simply by installing the "Safe Vietnam Tourism" app. All reported information will be received, verified, and processed by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism in coordination with the General Department of Market Management under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The "Safe Vietnam Tourism" application is interconnected with the operational information system of the General Department of Market Management, allowing both sides to easily exchange information, coordinate in receiving and processing feedback from tourists, and protect the rights of tourists.

The reporting feature on the application allows the General Department of Market Management to quickly grasp information and promptly handle issues related to counterfeit goods, substandard goods, fraud, price gouging, misleading advertising, and food safety and hygiene violations. This contributes to a cleaner and healthier domestic tourism market, improving the quality of services and the reputation of Vietnamese tourism.
The official launch of the "Safe Vietnam Tourism" app also marks a new step in the cooperation model based on leveraging modern digital technology, connecting the three main entities in the tourism sector: tourists, service providers, and state management agencies. This model creates a breakthrough, meeting the requirements of the new situation and helping the tourism industry develop more strongly and sustainably.
