Considered the only place where peach blossoms bloom in late spring, Ha Giang further stimulates me to explore the land known as the place where rocks also bloom at the head of the Fatherland. This Northeastern land attracts explorers because of its adventurous nature. Moreover, when you overcome the winding, zigzag and dangerous road, you will stand before a Ha Giang that is breathtakingly beautiful.
Ha Giang attracts many tourists because of its winding, beautiful mountain passes. Tham Ma Slope is a winding mountain pass on National Highway 4C running from Ha Giang to Meo Vac district. This is a road that people liken to "a soft silk strip hanging between the clouds and the sky".
Entering March, Ha Giang is no longer cold like winter, but instead has warm sunshine, promising a spring trip, admiring the beautiful pink peach blossoms. Therefore, choosing to come to Ha Giang in March, I have the opportunity to admire the whole rocky plateau dyed in the pink color of late-blooming peach blossoms, making the scene more poetic and romantic than ever.
The weather at this time is sunny and warm but not hot, just cool so it is very pleasant, the temperature fluctuates between 16 - 20 degrees Celsius. In the evening, the temperature can drop lower but it is not too cold or rainy like the previous months.

Coming to Ha Giang at this time, visitors can clearly feel the wild beauty of the stone plateau combined harmoniously with the poetic beauty of the bright pink peach blossoms.
Ha Giang attracts those who love to travel by its wild and majestic natural scenery with winding mountain passes embracing towering rocky mountains. Since the beginning of spring, Ha Giang has become hotter than ever when peach blossoms bloom brightly.
Tourists often exclaim in admiration because of the beautiful scenery and the dangerous roads here.
On social networking sites, it is not difficult to see images of young people checking in with the beautiful pink peach blossoms, and then everyone makes an appointment to go to the rocky plateau to "hunt" for flowers. According to the locals, I know that on the rocky plateau, there is not only one flower that symbolizes Spring, but also many other types of flowers competing to bloom. From cherry blossoms to late-blooming wild peach blossoms...
Peach blossoms are planted everywhere by the people living in Ha Giang, from the alleys to the beginning of the village and then to the end of the garden… everywhere one can see the image of peach trees. That is why every spring, peach blossoms bloom together in the whole land of Ha Giang, making everyone feel joyful and excited.

Ha Giang peach blossoms are five-petaled peach blossoms, not bright red but only light pink.
Peach trees are also planted in front of houses or in some places where ethnic minorities often gather. The curved peach branches, drooping flowers in front of the gate, in front of the porch, along with the colorful traditional costumes of the ethnic minorities here, create a colorful spring picture that makes the hearts of visitors flutter.
The peach blossoms of Ha Giang are five-petaled peach blossoms, not bright red but just pink. The pink color covers the cold rocky mountainside after a long winter. The leafless peach trees of the winter days have now sprouted new green buds, the trees have competed to bloom brilliantly throughout the village. Especially when the weather is colder, the flowers are fresher and more beautiful.
Daily life of the indigenous people of Ha Giang
Peach trees are planted in front of many houses or in some places where ethnic people often gather.
According to local people, the coordinates for hunting peach blossoms in Ha Giang are usually concentrated in the following locations: Lo Lo Chai, Lao Xa, Pho Bang, Quan Ba, Pao's house, Lung Cu, Sung La... Right in front of Sa Phin market, Vuong's house or in Dong Van town, peach blossoms are also blooming brilliantly. These are the most attractive tourist destinations in Ha Giang.
And in conclusion, March is the most beautiful month when peach blossoms in Ha Giang bloom. This is also the ideal time for you to admire and immerse yourself in the passionate and charming atmosphere of the Northeastern land of Ha Giang.
The land at the headland of the Fatherland is not only attractive because of its majestic mountain scenery, but also because of its friendly people.
The beauty of the people of the Ha Giang highlands is their innocence and sincerity, just like the breath of the mountains and forests.
From my trip, I also learned a few things to note if you go backpacking in Ha Giang. First, you need to make sure you have a strong grip on the steering wheel. Before going backpacking, you need to equip yourself with protective gear to avoid scratches and falls because the road in Ha Giang is quite steep and dangerous. You should bring a small repair tool. Because your vehicle is likely to break down in the middle of the road and there will be no repairmen on the mountain pass. When taking photos in front of houses or with local people, you need to ask their permission.

About transportation:From Hanoi to Ha Giang city, I chose to travel by sleeper bus. To get to famous places, you should rent a motorbike to conquer the downhill roads and explore the majestic, wild scenery of Ha Giang.
