Ha Giang, known as the northernmost land of Vietnam, boasts majestic natural beauty and is a coveted destination for adventurous travelers. Tourism in Ha Giang remains a popular choice for many visitors because every season is beautiful and worth experiencing. Even more special is that it's the only place where peach blossoms bloom in late spring.

Considered the only place where peach blossoms bloom in late spring, Ha Giang further inspired me to explore this land, nicknamed "where even rocks bloom," at the northernmost point of Vietnam. This northeastern region attracts adventure enthusiasts with its adventurous and daring nature. Moreover, after traversing the winding, treacherous roads, you will be greeted by a breathtakingly beautiful Ha Giang.

Ha Giang attracts many tourists because of its breathtakingly beautiful winding mountain passes. Tham Ma Pass is a winding mountain pass located on National Highway 4C, running from Ha Giang to Meo Vac district. This road is often described as "a soft silk ribbon draped between the clouds."

As March arrives, Ha Giang no longer experiences the biting cold of winter, but instead basks in warm sunshine, promising a spring trip filled with the vibrant pink blossoms of peach trees, a truly dreamlike sight. Therefore, choosing to visit Ha Giang in March gave me the opportunity to admire the entire rocky plateau bathed in the pink hues of late-blooming peach blossoms, making the landscape even more poetic and romantic than ever before.

The weather right now is sunny and warm, but not muggy; it's pleasantly cool, with temperatures ranging from 16 to 20 degrees Celsius. In the evening, the temperature may drop lower, but it's not as freezing cold or rainy as in previous months.

Tourists often gasp in admiration at the breathtaking scenery and the challenging nature of the roads here.

On social media, it's easy to find pictures of young people checking in at the stunningly beautiful pink cherry blossoms, and everyone is making plans to go to the rocky plateau to "hunt" for flowers. According to the locals, I learned that the rocky plateau isn't just home to one type of flower that symbolizes spring; many other flowers bloom in abundance. From cherry blossoms to late-blooming wild peach blossoms…

Peach trees are also widely planted in front of people's houses or in places where ethnic minorities often gather. The branches of peach trees, bending and drooping with blossoms in front of gates and porches, along with the colorful traditional costumes of the ethnic people, create a vibrant spring scene that stirs the hearts of visitors.

The peach blossoms of Ha Giang are five-petaled, not a deep red but a pale pink. This pink hue blankets the cold, rocky mountain slopes after the long winter. The bare, leafless peach trees of winter have now sprouted vibrant green shoots, and are bursting into brilliant bloom throughout the villages. Even more remarkably, the colder the weather, the fresher and more beautiful the flowers become.

Vẻ đẹp của con người vùng cao Hà Giang chính là sự hồn nhiên, chân thật như chính hơi thở của núi rừng mang lại

The beauty of the people of Ha Giang's highlands lies in their innocence and authenticity, just like the very breath of the mountains and forests.

From my trip, I also learned a few things to keep in mind if you're going on a motorbike trip in Ha Giang. First, you need to make sure you have a very steady hand on the handlebars. Before going on a motorbike trip, you need to equip yourself with protective gear to avoid scratches and falls because the roads in Ha Giang are quite steep and dangerous. You should bring a small, compact repair tool. Because your motorbike is very likely to break down in the middle of the road, and there will be no mechanics on the mountain passes. When taking photos in front of houses or with local people, you need to ask their permission.

Regarding transportation:From Hanoi to Ha Giang city, I chose to travel by sleeper bus. To reach famous landmarks, you should rent a motorbike to conquer the mountain passes and explore the majestic, unspoiled scenery of Ha Giang on your own.
