People coming from provinces and cities must proactively test for SARS-CoV-2 using the RT-PCR method or rapid antigen test (no requirements are placed on people to present test results when entering the province or city).
In case of positive test results for SARS-CoV-2, it will be handled in accordance with regulations. In particular, based on actual conditions in the locality, the Department of Health will manage people infected with SARS-CoV-2 at medical facilities or at home according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health, and at the same time set up mobile medical stations to ensure health care and disease prevention for people.
