As April arrives, Hanoi dons a vibrant cloak of flowers, adding a romantic and enchanting touch to the spring landscape. The gentle April sunshine filters through every street and corner, awakening tender green sprouts and softly heralding the arrival of summer.
For Huy Bao, a young man passionate about travel, Hanoi is not only a familiar destination but also a place that holds beautiful moments from his journey of exploring the country. On his second visit to Hanoi, Huy Bao was deeply moved as he immersed himself in the fresh, cool air of the capital in April.
Each season, Hanoi dons a new outfit, bringing with it unique and different emotions.

"Just like my first trip to the North (almost 7 years ago), this is the second time I've set foot in Hanoi as a transit point. The first time I came because I wanted to go to Sapa, and this time I have the opportunity to visit again because I have a trip to Ha Giang with my close friends," Huy Bao shared.
Unlike his first trip to Hanoi with his loved one, this time Huy Bao embarked on a journey to conquer the far north with his close friends. The trip brought him new and exciting experiences, filled with laughter and memorable moments.

There is a special Hanoi where the heart lies
"For me, what always impresses me about Hanoi is the atmosphere and the distinctive architecture of the capital city," Huy Bao confided.
Hanoi captivates tourists with its diverse beauty, which changes with each season. Autumn in Hanoi is romantically beautiful with its clear blue sky, streets covered in golden leaves, and the intoxicating fragrance of milk flower blossoms filling the air. Spring in Hanoi is vibrant with colorful flowers, summer is lively with bustling entertainment activities, and in winter, Hanoi takes on a serene, ancient charm.
"For me, what always impresses me about Hanoi is the atmosphere and the distinctive architecture of the capital city," Huy Bao confided.
"I absolutely love the feeling of coming here in the fall to enjoy the cool air, the people and everything immersed in the gentle breeze and the clear blue sky. Or the image of leaves swaying, sunlight filtering through the ancient walls... I'm truly captivated by those scenes," the young man confided.
Hanoi also attracts tourists with its unique architecture, deeply marked by history. Ancient houses, narrow streets shrouded in mystery, and majestic historical relics all combine to create a Hanoi that is both ancient and modern, simple yet elegant.

Streets and people - a very poetic Hanoi.
Unlike the vibrant and bustling Saigon, Hanoi possesses a simple, elegant beauty with its small streets hidden behind shady trees, a few ancient houses with curved tiled roofs, and temples and pagodas nestled within its narrow alleys, an integral part of Hanoi's spiritual life. Each street bears the distinct mark of its culture, preserving the millennia-old stories of this imperial city.

"I remember the people here, the image of the women leisurely exercising in the morning by Hoan Kiem Lake, the men sitting and sipping coffee with milk, chatting... All of it creates an 'extremely Hanoi' atmosphere that I can't find anywhere else. It will always be Hanoi, it can only be Hanoi," Huy Bao shared.

I fell in love with Hanoi from the very first bite.
Despite having only two short days in Hanoi, Huy Bao had the opportunity to enjoy many delicious dishes of the capital. He was particularly impressed with Hanoi pho - the famous dish that has made this land renowned.
He confided: "For many people, who are a bit picky, the cuisine of other regions might not suit their taste, but I'm extremely easy to please when it comes to food. Personally, I find the food in Hanoi quite delicious and has a very 'Northern' flavor. I'm absolutely obsessed with pho; I have to eat a bowl of pho here every day, just like I had to eat a bowl of beef noodle soup every day when I was in Hue."

Hanoi, each season has its own specialties.
During this trip, Huy Bao had a wonderful experience with the owner of a vermicelli soup and duck noodle soup stall on Hang Buom Street. When he and his friends arrived at the stall at 5 am, they were so hungry that they ordered food without asking the price. The owner not only didn't overcharge them but also gave them an extra bowl of mixed vermicelli and a bowl of duck blood soup.

The streets are imbued with an ancient charm.
"The owner carefully explained that the ingredients included shrimp paste because she was worried some of us wouldn't be able to eat it. We ate and chatted with her for a few minutes in the cool morning air. Before, I often heard negative impressions about tourists being ripped off. I think there are always good people and not-so-good people in the world, but this time we were very happy to meet such a kind and lovely person like her, even though we always spoke with our unmistakable 'Western Vietnam' accent," Huy Bao excitedly recounted.
