The People's Committee of Hai Phong City also requires that visitors and those directly guiding them must meet one of the following conditions: A negative Covid-19 test result using the PCR method within 72 hours; a certificate of having received two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine approved by the Ministry of Health, and more than 14 days have passed since the last dose; or being declared recovered from Covid-19 according to regulations.
In addition, accommodation establishments are allowed to provide on-site dining services, but only for guests staying at the establishment, and must strictly adhere to regulations on COVID-19 prevention and control; service staff must have confirmed vaccination with at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine, undergo weekly COVID-19 testing, and comply with the 5K guidelines.

Furthermore, from October 1st, religious and worship establishments are allowed to operate to serve the needs of the city's residents; however, they must ensure that no more than 20 people gather at the same time or that the number of guests does not exceed 50% of their service capacity. Weddings and engagement ceremonies must be organized quickly and efficiently; wedding venues are allowed to provide wedding services but must ensure social distancing and serve no more than 50% of their seating capacity.
The city allows physical and sports activities in public places, outdoor sports, and sports training service businesses; gyms, yoga studios, and swimming pools are allowed to operate, but they must strictly adhere to the 5K regulations.

Karaoke establishments, massage parlors, internet cafes, video game centers; bars, pubs, nightclubs... will continue to temporarily suspend operations to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic.
As of September 29th, the epidemic situation in the city has been initially brought under control. Hai Phong has gone more than 40 days without recording any new community-acquired Covid-19 cases.
