Learning how to make chocolate with your family or friends at a farm in Cam Ranh will be a new experience. The 5-star beach resort The Anam has partnered with Fifty Fresh Farms, a local chocolate factory, to organize the Vietnam Chocolate Factory Tour, a half-day tour. Guests will learn about the history of chocolate, visit a cocoa farm, and learn how to make chocolate at Fifty Fresh Farms. Here, guests will see firsthand the stages of chocolate production from cocoa beans: from the stage of separating the beans, roasting, grinding them into liquid cocoa, to the stage of tempering and cooling to form chocolate bars.
Dressed in chef costumes, guests will be guided to make their own chocolates. While waiting for their handmade chocolates to harden, they will enjoy a variety of chocolates such as milk chocolate, white chocolate, dark chocolate, truffle chocolate, soft chocolate, chocolate with seeds (dried nuts), hot chocolate and pure cocoa. At the end of the program, guests will take home their own chocolates, packaged in a souvenir gift box with their name on it.
