Learn how to make chocolate at The Anam
Learning to make chocolate with family or friends at a chocolate farm in Cam Ranh will be a unique experience. The 5-star beachfront resort The Anam is collaborating with Fifty Fresh Farms, a local chocolate factory, to offer a half-day tour program called "Vietnam Chocolate Factory Tour." Guests will learn about the history of chocolate, tour a cocoa farm, and learn how to make chocolate at the Fifty Fresh Farms factory. Here, guests will witness firsthand the chocolate production process from cocoa beans: from separating the beans, roasting, grinding into liquid cocoa, to the fermentation, mixing, and cooling stages to shape the chocolate bars.

Dressed in chef's attire, guests will be guided in making their own chocolates. While waiting for their homemade chocolate to solidify, they can sample various types of chocolate, including milk chocolate, white chocolate, dark chocolate, truffle chocolate, soft chocolate, chocolate with nuts, hot chocolate, and pure cocoa.
