To get here, visitors only need about a 15-minute walk from the Tenjin area – a hub of major commercial and entertainment districts. Despite its central location, the hotel's room rates are surprisingly cheap – only 130 JPY per night (approximately 27,000 VND), equivalent to about 1 USD.

But to receive this discounted price, customers must sacrifice their own interests by agreeing to let the hotel film and broadcast all activities taking place in the room on YouTube.

You don't need to be a celebrity or an influencer. Basically, the hotel is just trading your privacy for a super cheap room rate. And importantly, this is the fixed price of the hotel every day of the week, including holidays.

If you accept this incredibly low price, you'll get a room equipped with security cameras. It's a Japanese-style bedroom with a low table, sleeping mat, hot water kettle, air conditioning, and a TV. Inside, it's neat and clean like a typical apartment. However, to use the air conditioning or heating, you have to pay extra coins, charged by the hour.

Interestingly, the hotel only films guests' activities on video and does not record any audio. This means viewers only see the guests' daily lives inside the hotel, and no one will hear you talking or making any other "embarrassing" noises.

Additionally, the hotel has designed the restrooms and showers outside. This area is free of cameras, so guests can rest assured that their privacy is still guaranteed.
