The decision announced the time for clearance and relocation of the two hotels Hai Au (4-star international hotel) and Hoang Yen (3-star international hotel) no later than the end of the land lease term of each project. According to the records, the land lease of Hai Au Hotel will expire at the end of 2019, and the land lease of Hoang Yen Hotel will expire in 2052.
For Binh Duong hotel alone, Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee plans to support 32 billion VND to move the hotel to a new land area of over 3,000m2.2at 20 Nguyen Van Troi (Quy Nhon City).

According to Mr. Dung, Binh Dinh is one of the rare localities in the country that is willing to spend hundreds of billions of dong in compensation just to get coastal space and build public parks to serve the people.
