On the occasion of Vietnam's National Day on September 2nd, Travellive proudly presents to readers a special series of photo essays, capturing vivid and emotional moments across the country during this momentous occasion. From the solemn and majestic atmosphere of the A80 military parade and review in Hanoi to the streets adorned with flags and overflowing with red and yellow colors during the Independence Day celebrations nationwide... each article is a genuine and vibrant glimpse into a Vietnam undergoing a powerful transformation.
From early morning on August 21st, many people gathered on streets such as Hang Chao, Hung Vuong, and Nguyen Thai Hoc to watch the first rehearsal of the military parade and march at Ba Dinh Square (Hanoi). Before the parade and march began, both sidewalks of Nguyen Thai Hoc Street became a common stage where people sang along, joining in the atmosphere of anticipation for the marching contingents.

As the evening chorus came to a close, the atmosphere in the streets gradually quieted down in anticipation of the parade.

Immediately following the lively choral performances on the streets, marching contingents successively passed the reviewing stand, moving solemnly along the main roads around Ba Dinh Square during the dress rehearsal. The marching formations moved along their designated routes, creating a magnificent and spirited display, spreading the spirit of Independence Day throughout the capital.

Following the perfectly synchronized march of the military contingents, impressive columns of military equipment passed by in succession, creating a majestic and imposing scene on the roads surrounding Ba Dinh Square.
