Building on the acclaimed beauty of the original, the sporting spirit of the new XE is taken to the next level, with contemporary design cues inspired by the F-Type sports car. The new Jaguar XE is wider and lower than its predecessor, with larger front air intakes, bold detailing and muscular lines creating a performance car with advanced aerodynamics.
The upgraded exterior design gives the new Jaguar XE a clearer and more assertive personality.
The all-new LED headlights with LED daytime running lights featuring the prominent “J” logo create a distinctive image. The rear of the car has also been upgraded with a new rear bumper design and slimmer LED taillights with new details to make the car more impressive, giving the car a new, more powerful look.
To achieve a more powerful performance profile, R-Dynamic models add new exterior features including wing-inspired detailing, a rear-end beltline and new wheel designs. Inside, the sporty spirit continues with sports seats with contrast stitching, matt chrome gearshift paddles and R-Dynamic treadplates.
The beautifully designed all-new interior features extensive use of soft-touch materials, premium trim and all-new door panels for improved usability and practicality. The luxurious and high-tech interior of the new XE delivers greater comfort, quality and connectivity for all occupants. Every aspect of the cabin has been enhanced to increase comfort, improve the stowage and storage of luggage and items, and improve passenger comfort.
The influence of Jaguar's flagship two-seater is also evident in the SportShift gear selector and JaguarDrive control switch shared with the F-Type, along with a redesigned center console. The car also has a new steering wheel design inherited from the electric I-Pace, with touch-sensitive controls and hidden function icons, only visible when needed.
The new Jaguar XE is also smarter and more connected than ever. The dual touchscreens shared with the I-Pace are also featured for the first time, providing intuitive control via two high-resolution screens. Wireless charging and smart settings are also available for the first time.
The new Jaguar XE is a segment-first model equipped with an electronic rearview mirror, improving safety and convenience, ensuring the driver has an unobstructed view of the rear. Thanks to a wide-angle camera, the system projects images of the rear of the vehicle onto a high-definition screen integrated into the interior rearview mirror, ensuring visibility is not obstructed by rear passengers or in adverse weather conditions.

The aluminium body structure of the new Jaguar XE continues to play a key role in delivering outstanding agility, safety and efficiency. Aluminium makes up 75% of the body and, combined with rear- or all-wheel drive, double-wishbone front and integral-link rear suspension, and a choice of Jaguar’s advanced engines, delivers dynamic handling and performance.
POWER FROM DYNAMIC, POWERFUL CONTROL AND ENGINE
Standard on all Jaguar XE models, Dynamic mode amplifies the car’s sporting character, with quicker gearshifts, sharper throttle response and increased steering feel. The driver can also shape the driving experience more easily by selecting Configurable Dynamics. This feature allows the driver to personalise the car’s settings by selecting Comfort or Dynamic modes for the engine, transmission and steering via the central touchscreen. When set, Adaptive Dynamics continuously adjusts the suspension to ensure the optimum balance between comfort and refinement at all times and in all driving situations.
The new Jaguar XE is available with a choice of economical, environmentally friendly Ingenium petrol and diesel engines.
The new Jaguar XE is available with an automatic transmission on all models, with rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. Active all-wheel drive and intelligent drivetrain technology maintain rear-wheel drive handling and agility while improving handling, traction and driver confidence in all weather conditions. The XE 2.0L 300PS petrol with all-wheel drive accelerates from 0-100km/h in just 5.7 seconds.
The new Jaguar XE is available with a choice of efficient, eco-friendly Ingenium petrol and diesel engines. The 2.0-litre Ingenium petrol offers two power outputs of 250PS and 300PS, while the economical 180PS 2.0-litre Ingenium diesel delivers 430Nm of torque and fuel consumption from 4.9l/100km on the highway.
The entry-level Jaguar XE comes with an automatic transmission, 18-inch alloy wheels, power-adjustable leather seats, LED headlights and taillights with logo detailing, front and rear parking sensors, a rearview camera and lane-keeping system. Customers can choose from S, SE and HSE trim levels, each of which can be optioned with the R-Dynamic package.
