Participating in the 8th Hue Traditional Craft Festival are 16 craft groups: Embroidery, Jewelry, Woodworking, Bronze, Pottery, Conical Hats, Paper Flowers, Calligraphy, Paintings, Kites, Textiles - Sewing, Bamboo and Rattan, Enamel, Incense, Essential Oils, Lions - Lions - Dragons, branded and traditional products with the participation of 60 craft villages, craft establishments and over 350 folk artisans, excellent artisans, golden hands from famous craft villages across the country: Ha Giang, Hoa Binh, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ha Nam, Ninh Thuan, Dong Thap, Hung Yen and Thua Thien Hue.

One of the new features of the Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2019 is that the Organizing Committee will introduce unique products of traditional craft villages and Hue's traditional medicine. The organization will allow oriental medicine practitioners to examine and treat patients and show off their talents.
This is the 8th time the Hue Traditional Craft Festival has been held.
This Festival is attended by 17 international delegations and 10 cities and international organizations such as Japan, Korea, China and Turkey. Of which, 7 cities have sister cities and cooperation with Hue City and 3 craft associations and enterprises from Japan, Korea, China, Brazil and Turkey with 70 artisans participating: Takayama City, Sasayama, Saijo (Japan), Gyeongju City, Namyangju, Dongnae (Korea), Konya City (Turkey), Korean Traditional Craft Association; Cheongju Craft Museum (Korea), Luc Thuan Dai Tu Sa Company (Yi Hung City, Jiangsu Province, China).
Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2019 takes place from April 26 to May 2, 2019
To ensure that the activities of the Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2019 take place smoothly, the Organizing Committee has directed the police forces and relevant departments to develop a plan to protect the Traditional Craft Festival in absolute safety. The arrangement of the opening stage and the welcoming art program have been carefully arranged and prepared according to the proposed content. This is also an opportunity for the locality to attract more tourists to visit. Many tours to locations with activities responding to the Festival are organized such as: experiencing the ancient village, experiencing spiritual cultural tourism, visiting temples and mausoleums, which also promise to attract the attention of many international tourists.
