Approximately 80,000 visitors attended the Hanoi Autumn Festival.

The Hanoi Autumn Festival, held last weekend, aimed to promote the beauty, cultural and tourism values, and to highlight the unique attractions and honor the landmarks, relics, and heritage of Hanoi – an attractive, high-quality, and safe tourist destination. The Hanoi Autumn Festival also showcased the unique values ​​of Hanoi's traditional crafts and cultural heritage – values ​​considered the essence of the entire country, each with its own distinct characteristics.

The Hanoi People's Committee has assigned the Hanoi Investment, Trade, and Tourism Promotion Center as the lead agency to organize the event. This will be coordinated with relevant agencies including the Departments of Tourism, Culture and Sports, Foreign Affairs, Health, Transport, Construction, Natural Resources and Environment, and the City Police; and the People's Committees of the districts of Hoan Kiem, Tay Ho, Ba Dinh, Dong Anh, Thanh Oai, Me Linh, My Duc, and other districts and towns with tourism development potential.

Taking place from September 29th to October 1st in the area around Ba Kieu Temple flower garden, Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Le Thach Street (Hoan Kiem District) and several other districts and communes in the city, the festival attracted a large number of tourists and locals because this is the most beautiful time of year in Hanoi, suitable and ensuring the best conditions for visitors to explore famous landmarks and enjoy the unique cuisine of the thousand-year-old capital.

One of the highlights of the Hanoi Autumn Festival was the Carnival, featuring nearly 2,000 artists, performers, and local people who presented a spectacular cultural performance to visitors, taking place in the pedestrian area around Hoan Kiem Lake on the morning of October 1st.

Along with special events such as the opening ceremony of the Festival, the street carnival, a fashion show of traditional and modern wedding attire, and children's painting activities about Hanoi, the Hanoi Autumn Festival features 150 booths and many creative spaces for visitors to take photos. At the festival, many traditional craft products and tour packages were also offered for sale by various companies. The Hanoi Tourism Corporation introduced many new tour products for the autumn season, such as tours to the Northeast and Northwest regions, and cultural tours.

The culinary cultural space and events within the Festival also featured the participation of many restaurant brands and dishes from professional associations, artisans, businesses, and famous culinary establishments in Hanoi and across the country, showcasing attractive dishes such as beef pho, chicken pho, bun thang, fish cakes, rice cakes, West Lake snail noodles, Phu Thuong sticky rice, etc.
