On August 8, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Plan No. 203/KH-UBND on organizing the Hanoi Autumn Festival in 2023.

As planned, the 2023 Hanoi Autumn Festival will take place from September 29 to October 1 at the Ba Kieu Temple Flower Garden, Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Le Thach Street (Hoan Kiem District) and a number of districts in the city.

The 2023 Hanoi Autumn Festival with the theme "Hanoi Autumn - Come to love" is organized to promote the beauty, cultural and tourism values, exploit the uniqueness, attractiveness, honor the scenic spots, relics and heritages of the capital Hanoi - an attractive, quality and safe tourist destination.

On this occasion, Hanoi will introduce the unique values ​​of craft villages and cultural heritage of Hanoi - values ​​considered the quintessence of the whole country with distinct characteristics. This is also an opportunity to implement tourism stimulus activities to Hanoi, attracting domestic and international tourists to the capital.
