Belgian photographer Johan Vandenhecke has over 20,000 followers on Instagram. His photos showcase the beauty of nature and have received international accolades. After teaching himself how to take drone photos through YouTube, Johan Vandenhecke decided to capture the beauty of many world landmarks through his cross-continental travels.
Two years ago, the Belgian photographer and his girlfriend put their work aside to go on a memorable long trip. They traveled through Southeast Asia, Australia and South America. Here, the natural images that he and his girlfriend set foot on were all recorded. Immediately, Johan's photos attracted attention on social networks, he also submitted these photos to a photography contest organized by Agoda and entered the top photos of the contest.

Johan sees his journey as a life-changing experience: “The long trip two years ago changed my life. I initially intended to take that trip to refresh myself, clear my mind and experience the world with a relaxed mind, without any worries, with a truly free, unrestrained soul, as if nothing could restrain me,” photographer Johan Vandenhecke recalls.

Komodo National Park
Komodo National Park is located in the Nusa Tenggara archipelago of Indonesia, on the border between the provinces of East Nusa Tenggara and West Nusa Tenggara. The park consists of three large islands: Komodo, Rinca and Pudar, along with several smaller islands. The total area of the park is 1,817 km2.

Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park is the only protected area in Indonesia that has a 10 km long sand sea called Tengger with four cone volcanoes. These cone volcanoes are Mount Batok (2,470 m), Mount Kursi (2,581 m), Mount Watangan (2,661 m) and Mount Widodaren (2,650 m).
