No one knows the exact age of Takeda Castle, only that it was built several centuries ago. Although it is now just a ruin, it is truly an impressive tourist attraction.

Every morning, when the fog descends, visitors can witness the castle seemingly floating above the clouds. That's why Takeda is also known as the "Machu Picchu of Japan."

When you visit Takeda, you'll exclaim that Durmstrang Academy of Magic from the Harry Potter series really exists.
Early in the morning, fog enveloped the castle.

It takes visitors about 40 minutes to walk from the foot of the mountain to the castle. The entrance fee is 300 yen per person (approximately 600,000 VND per person).

Since the release of the Japanese film Anatae in 2012, Takeda has seen a steady increase in visitors.

From September to November, a visit to the castle will immerse you in the pink hues of cherry blossoms. Many people come to enjoy the feeling of "floating on clouds" and admire the cherry blossoms in bloom.
