The program's activities include: Traditional music, dance, and dance performances, and a fashion show featuring Ao Dai (Vietnamese traditional dress); an exhibition showcasing photographs of Vietnam, its land, and its people; and a seminar promoting Vietnamese tourism in South Korea.
The Department of International Cooperation is responsible for overall coordination, detailed planning for each activity, and developing the overall program; coordinating with South Korea to promote and publicize the event; organizing the exhibition space; organizing media delegations to cover the event; and coordinating with the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism to organize the Vietnam Tourism Promotion Workshop.
The Vietnam National Opera and Ballet Theatre organized an art troupe and developed a program of folk music, dance, and fashion to participate in the festival. The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism was responsible for developing the plan, content, and organizing the Vietnam Tourism Promotion Workshop themed "Vietnam Golf Tourism in Korea".
