The program's activities include: Traditional singing, dancing, music performances and Ao Dai fashion shows; Exhibition introducing photos of Vietnam, the country, and its people; Seminar promoting Vietnam tourism, promoting Vietnam tourism in Korea.
The Department of International Cooperation is responsible for general coordination, detailed planning for each activity and building the overall program; coordinating with Korea to organize promotion and propaganda for the event; organizing exhibition space; organizing media delegations to participate in reporting on the event; coordinating with the General Department of Tourism to organize the Vietnam Tourism Promotion Conference.
The Vietnam National Opera and Ballet organized an art troupe and created a program of traditional music, dance, and fashion to participate in the festival. The General Department of Tourism was responsible for developing the plan, content, and organizing the Vietnam Tourism Promotion Conference with the theme “Vietnam Golf Tourism in Korea”.
