With the tourism industry struggling to recover after a long period of stagnation due to Covid-19, and tourists still harboring concerns after the pandemic, travel companies need solutions for smarter, safer, more convenient, and more cost-effective travel products for customers. Recognizing this, in early November, Crystal Holidays Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company launched a new product line called the Digiholidays Smart Electronic Travel Card.
Crystal Holidays' Digiholidays Card launch event in Hanoi.
With this card, customers can easily plan a family vacation at Crystal Holidays' network of domestic and global affiliated resorts online, without spending time contacting and booking through agents, and without needing to meet or interact with travel agency staff.
Cardholders can also use smart contracts to make payments for hotel rooms and other services such as airline tickets, golf, shopping, spa treatments, etc. Through smart contracts, cardholders can also easily exchange, gift, and transfer vacations when they no longer need them.

The application of Industry 4.0 technology to create the Digiholidays smart electronic travel card also contributes to saving personnel costs, thereby reducing product prices, making holidays more affordable and suitable for customers' budgets while still ensuring the best quality.
The Digiholidays travel card product has been officially distributed through Crystal Holidays' nationwide sales network since the beginning of October 2021.
